I am very sorry to learn of Joyce's passing. I remember visiting Joyce and her parents at their Mirror Lake cottage, so near that of my Grandma Caroline, lots of laughing with every one around the table. I even remember visiting Joyce and David at Devil's Lake soon after they were married. Condolences to David and to the rest of her family.

Road conditions this morning, between Rhinelander and Tomahawk, didn't allow me to pay my respects in person, Dave... I am so sorry Joyce has passed away...I so enjoyed our visits whenever we chanced to meet. She was always so upbeat and friendly... my siblings and I loved seeing the two of you at Cafe on Main ...I'll always remember that wonderful smile of hers....my sincere condolences..

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Dear Uncle David, Jo Ann, Scott, Susan, Mike, Leo and Ray- I love this photo of beautiful Aunt Joyce! Your mom always, always made time for me, and even with so much going on, she always made me feel like the most important person in the world! How blessed our family was that she was part of our lives! I am sharing a photo of one of those beautiful, sunny days when we were all together at Bradley Park!
She loved each one of you so so very much!
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love, -Veronica

David - you & Joyce were a great joy to me at the Summer Outdoor Worship. Both of you showed such enthusiasm for that setting, for worship, and for the community formed there by God's grace. What joy when you connected with Grace! I remember our conversation with great delight. You and Joyce had an amazing life. You share such delight in God's creation, attention in exploring and caring for it, awareness and insight on social issues and justice, deep faith in God, and dedication to enjoy and support people. All that kept Joyce fighting strongly and living fully to the very end. Joyce, your marriage, and the joy with which the two of you lived is an inspiration and gift that with which you blessed each other and all around you. Thank you for that! Our prayers are with you now!

May the Lord wrap you in his love as you feel the sorrow of Joyce leaving, as you find peace in your heart that she is with him and may you always remember the light that she brought to your lives, the adventures that you shared with her and the love she gave.
I only had the pleasure of meeting and seeing Joyce a few times and was blessed to feel what a wonderful, caring person she was. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dave, Jo and Sue
So sorry to hear of Joyce’s passing today! She was such a fun and caring person! We sure enjoyed having breakfasts at Cafe on Main and the special Valentine Dinners that Ryan and his family had at Cafe on Main for many years. She will be missed by so many! Jim and Pat Brimacombe
