Richard D. Venne, age 77, of Tomahawk, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff.
Richard was born on June 5, 1944 in Tomahawk to Arthur & Sylvia (Boyer) Venne. He was a graduate from Tomahawk High School. He lived in St. Paul, MN for many years before moving back to Tomahawk 12 years ago. While in St. Paul, Richard worked for St. Paul Insurance Company for 20 years. Richard loved football, cutting grass and snowplowing. He was very dedicated to his church – St. Marys.
Richard is survived by his brothers – Bill (Gail) Venne of Oconto Falls, Joe Venne of Tomahawk & Greg (Lee Ann) Venne of Wausau. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother – Adrian.
A graveside memorial service will take place in the springtime.
